MTV and Foursquare join for the cause of young peoples health
Young people think that the STD testing center is the most embarrassing place to check into on Foursquare. But now MTV and Foursquare join together and creates the GYT badge, Get Yourself Tested. This is in many ways a milestone for Foursquare since it’s the first time to create a cause related badge, this one to challange young people to get tested for STD more regularly.
When checked in at the testing center users need to challange thier followers to “GYT” and then they can release the GYT badge. Those who dared to announce their visit to the STD testing center can win backstage tickets for MTV’s 10 on Top.
